What it’s like
Whether you’re out on the trail, at Registration, at a Checkpoint or at the Event Hub, you’ll be cheering hikers on, supporting them through the experience and making sure everything runs smoothly.
The only requirements are positive energy and a can-do attitude. We’ll brief you before the day, and our team will support you throughout the event. Join the crew, then stay on to enjoy the festival with everyone who has just finished.
Roles available
ROLE
Welcome hikers, check them in and make sure they have the mandatory gear.
Run a checkpoint on the course: water, food, snacks, encouragement and checking hikers through.
Keep hikers safe at road crossings and key points on the trail.
Hike alongside participants or sweep behind the last group, making sure everyone is OK and feels supported.
